    • Led creative development of all the Snapple Beverage Group's (Snapple, Mistic, RC Cola) websites
    • Won 3 SF Show awards for best website, 2 Summit Creative awards, Gold @d:Tech award, among several others
    • Presented work to agency and top clients on a daily basis
    • Facilitated communication between creative and production teams
    • Developed a process for website development in association with Executive Producer and Production Manager
    • Managed and mentored six Art Directors and Copywriters, giving semi-annual performance reviews

  • Created logos and animated promotions for Worldview's 35 client labels, including Travelocity.com
  • Organized in-house classes on style sheets and DHTML to keep our design team on top of new tools
