Australis Aquaculture is a company that started out importing a Northern Australian fish called Barramundi as fingerlings, and growing them to marketable size in its farming facility in Turner's Falls, Massachusetts. They have since started supplying other types of fish as well, including Swai and Basa. Australis' primary target markets are consumers, through stores like Whole Foods and Costco, as well as high-end restaurants. I designed the logo, two iterations of the
website, as well as almost all of their advertising and identity materials, including letterhead, factsheets, POS brochures, trade show booth, banners, pakaging for sale at Costco stores, shipping labels, ice cards, gill tags, postesr, recipe brochures, brochure holder, and multiple ads that have run in
Food Arts and Seafood Business magazines, and the delivery truck.
Below you can see the packaging I designed for retail sale in Costco stores (I had to come up with a way to unify the fish types under the brand umbrella, while clearly distinguishing them from one another on the shelf), as well as a print ad
that I designed that ran in Seafood Business magazine, a bumper that is used at point of sale on display cases in grocery stores, and a sustainability poster.
