Australis imports a Northern Australian fish called Barramundi as fingerlings, and grows them to marketable size in its farming facility in Turner's Falls, Massachusetts. Australis' primary target markets are consumers, through stores like Whole Foods and Costco, as well as high-end restaurants. I have been doing almost all of their design since the company's conception: I designed the logo, almost all of their identity and advertising materials, and of course the website. I designed the original site for the company back in 2005, redesigned it for them in 2007 as the company grew, and then most recently redesigned it in late 2010 to what you see above. The current site is more consumer-focused.
