FiberFlame is a make-your-own mixed-media art studio located just outside of Woodstock, NY. They approached me to design them a website that would provide basic information about this new unique offering, that would create excitement around the 2012 opening, and to extend a personal invitation to the public to come and play. We decided that the site should feel organic, eclectic, colorful/vibrant, playful, personal, inviting, unique and creative. I took the approach of making the site feel like the mixed media workspace itself. The design above is the final approved design, but below you can see two other initial designs presented.
