MISTIC - ZOTICS

Mistic

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

As Associate Creative Director at SF Interactive I oversaw the design of this site for Mistic's launch of its "Zotics" line of drinks. Our main objective was to create excitement over these drinks made from "Exotic Fruits from Exotic Places." We took an approach that we hoped would appeal to our young and predominently male target audience.

We also created a viral marketing piece for the Mistic brand: a piece that would appeal to our young hip target so that it would be passed along again and again. Our solution was a subtly branded "Moviemaker". Visitors could create their own personalized movies by selecting from a cast of characters and backgrounds and skies, creating their own dialogue and selecting accompanying music. They then send their movie to friends. Hopefully their friends would then come to the site through the link provided on the movie sent to them to create their own.
